Testimonials

robin has been invited as a college admissions expert to organize DENVER'S CHANNEL 9 NEWS "COLLEGE ADMISSIONS LINE 9" SINCE 2008. HERE IS HOW PARENTS AND STUDENTS FEEL ABOUT THE COLLEGE DOCTOR.

I wanted to thank you SO much for your time... I can honestly say that I was not prepared for such an enlightening conversation. I am thankful for your insight and prodding.
Do you remember my daughter? She worked with you in 2011 and left for [college] in August 2012. I thought of you recently and am writing to let you know she did very well there. She had a terrific college experience: she found most of her professors engaging, the classes stimulating, and the campus environment a good fit for her. I am amazed and pleased that as an undergrad, [she] had abundant one-on-one time with full professors. Thank you for helping [my daughter] get on this path.
Ahhhh, you are the best and you are everything [our daughter] described and more! She absolutely adores you and feels such a beautiful and trusting connection with you!
This year has been quite a journey. It was a pleasure being able to work with you. Your help and guidance through this process was amazing. I’m very happy with the options that I have. It means a lot to me that so many schools saw me for my character, who I am, and what I would be able to contribute. My story was the most valuable of all that I wanted to share. I have a strong feeling that the essays let my spirits shine.
Where do I even begin to thank you? I am truly thankful for all that you have done for me; I will forever use the skills you taught me. It was an honor to work with you and thank you so, so much for everything!
After only a few productive, yet intense, sessions with Robin preparing for graduate school interviews, I was more than prepared when I flew out to visit graduate schools with excellent environmental chemistry-related programs. I nailed the interviews and was offered admission, as well as a great stipend/financial aid package, to my top choices!
Thank you so much for helping me with college applications. Before I went to you I was so stressed and scared, and I had no idea what I was doing. You gave me so much confidence for the future.
Thank you so much for all of the hard work, time, and patience you put in to helping me through the college process. I honestly couldn’t have done it without you. I had such a good time working with you; you’re always so upbeat and ready to get things done.
So we have Princeton, Berkeley, UCLA, Princeton, Northwestern Journalism School, CU President’s Scholar (and others), UCSD... You could say GREAT kid, BEST money we ever spent, or some combination of the two!
We will forever be indebted to you for all your time, patience and expert guidance through this crazy time. You have helped us ALL change and grow. How far we have come! We have faith that our daughter will have an amazing experience wherever she ends up even though we are still holding our collective breath as we wait to find out where that will be.
Thank you so much for your help with the college process! I cannot even imagine finishing it without you. I am so grateful that I was able to get done with everything so early.
To tell you the truth, I don’t even know where to begin. In my efforts of saying thanks, which no paper and pen can ever do grace for, I thought that I would reflect on all that you helped me with. First, you put my college search in perspective. You really helped me narrow down my seemingly endless list of schools to a satisfying number of choice schools. You enabled me to realize the fact that I can write loads of essays and be proud of each. You guided me in my search of voice and potential when writing. My interview skills were definitely honed by lots of practice. Robin, you have no idea how much you helped me not only with college, but with life itself. From emails at two in the morning to phone calls at random times, I always could count on you to help me relieve my deadline amnesia and anxiety attacks. Thanks for pushing me, thanks for being a great resource, for teaching me, and for just being there for support. I never could have done this without you and you really have meant so much to me.
